Which legal entity operates the service
MzancexAI is the trading designation of the organisation responsible for maintaining and administering this platform and its associated client interface.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Compliance screening for sanctions and associated risks, continuous monitoring of client activity, internal reporting mechanisms and archival obligations in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Fee structures, bid-ask differentials and any additional charges are displayed within your account dashboard and on the applicable rates schedule. We make no guarantees regarding performance outcomes, and all marketing communications include appropriate risk disclosures.
- 05
Data protection
Personal information is handled under an identified legitimate processing basis, maintained only for the duration required, and safeguarded through authentication protocols and cryptographic protection during transmission and storage.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented procedure for handling grievances internally, including acknowledgement of receipt, thorough review and a detailed response provided within the period specified at the time your matter is registered.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Participation is open to individuals domiciled in nations designated as permissible during the account setup procedure. Should your jurisdiction figure on this roster and you satisfy the validation requirements, you may register. If your jurisdiction is not listed, access to this service is not permitted.
Where the service is not offered
- Nations and areas subject to relevant worldwide sanctions frameworks or trade restrictions.
- Territories where licence or approval from a local regulator is mandated to offer such services to private clients, which we do not currently possess.
- Nations classified as presenting elevated financial crime risk under pertinent regulatory guidance.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

How to request business and regulatory documentation.
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The grievance management procedure and remedy escalation path.
- Privacy safeguards applicable to your own information.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Paperwork is dispatched to the confirmed address recorded in your profile. We are unable to furnish account-related papers to any external party absent your explicit written permission.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Enquiries regarding our regulatory standing, our adherence protocols, or matters requiring escalation should be directed through the compliance channel rather than standard help channels.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Submit a report via the flag abuse tool. Fraudulent representation of MzancexAI through email, promotions or imitative websites must be flagged there to allow intervention.
Are corporate or media communications processed through this channel?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
